S L I C E  T H E  F L A N K  S T E A K

Slice the flank steak into thin strips, against the grain.

S E A R  T H E  F L A N K  S T E A K

Quickly sear the flank steak strips in a very hot wok or skillet. Remove from the wok.

S T I R  F R Y  T H E  V E G G I E S

Stir fry all the vegetables until crisp-tender.

M A K E  T H E  S A U C E

Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

A D D  I N  S E A R E D  S T E A K

Add the seared flank steak back into the wok with the veggies. Stir fry to mix together.

P O U R  I N  T H E  S A U C E

Pour the sauce into the stir-fry and mix together well until sauce thickens.
