I N G R E D I E N T S
* cooked jasmine rice * grapeseed oil * fresh ginger * garlic cloves
* scallions * eggs * sesame seeds
G R AT E T H E G I N G E R
Use a zester to grate the ginger. You'll need 4 teaspoons of ginger.
M I N C E T H E G A R L I C
You'll need 4 cloves of garlic. Mince finely.
S L I C E T H E S C A L L I O N S
And a 1/2 cup of sliced scallions. Use both the green and white parts.
S A U T É T H E V E G G I E S
In a large frying pan, sauté the ginger, garlic, and scallions in the grapeseed oil.
M A K E T H E C R I S P Y R I C E
Mix the rice with the veggies. Using a flat spatula, press the rice into the pan until it's golden-brown on the edges.
P U T I N T O B O W L S
Spoon the crispy rice into individual bowls.

Fry the eggs in a ring mold, or other egg cooker, until the whites are cooked through and the yolk is runny.
T O P W I T H T H E E G G
Top the rice with the runny egg, and sprinkle with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
