*broccoli slaw *shredded carrots *cooked chicken *water chestnuts

* sliced scallions * chopped cilantro * sesame seeds * chow mein noodles

D R E S S I N G   I N G R E D I E N T S

* soy sauce * rice vinegar * sesame oil * grapeseed oil

* grated ginger * honey * black pepper

M A K E  T H E  D R E S S I N G

Whisk together all of the Asian dressing ingredients until thoroughly combined.


S H R E D  T H E  C H I C K E N

Using store-bought, rotisserie chicken, remove the skin from  the breasts, and shred with a knife  or by hand.


A S S E M B L E  T H E  S A L A D

In a large salad bowl, add all of the vegetable ingredients and the water  chestnuts. Drizzle the Asian dressing over the salad.

Top the Chinese Chicken Salad with the Chow Mein noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toss well and serve!
