I happened across this recipe because I'd just harvested cilantro, mint and basil from my garden and wondered if you could use all of them in something together. It was delicious, however the next day, the flavors were even stronger and that much better. In the future I'll make it ahead to use. We had it on baked salmon and the second night on chicken and noodles. Next time I might and some red onion. Very versatile. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
