How to make the best sauce ever for chicken wings
This is so easy peeps! You're going to marinate these wings in this to-die-for sweet and spicy sauce. Make sure to reserve ¼ of the marinade for basting while baking. Here's what you'll need:
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
TIP: For best results, marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes or overnight to develop all of those magical flavors! So, so good!
Prep the chicken wings with some salt and pepper. Then marinate in the yummy sweet and spicy sauce for 30 minutes.
Baste these often while the wings are baking in the oven. Then brush even more on when ready to serve, and top with toasted sesame seeds.
Sweet and spicy, you'll want an extra batch of these Honey Garlic Chicken Wings for your next tailgate party! Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing, and spears of carrots and celery.
