Vibrant and beautiful, this smoothie bowl is just about the healthiest thing ever!

Smoothie bowls are filling. They're more like a meal versus drinking smoothies, which just makes you hungrier. That's my humble opinion! They're also way prettier!

a package of pandan leaf supercolor powder on a wooden board with a food processor on the side

Suncore Foods Emerald Pandan Leaf Supercolor Powder is loaded with nutrients, is plant-based, sugar-free, non-GMO, and gluten-free.

How to make a healthy smoothie bowl?

    1.  Gather very fresh ingredients for this smoothie bowl: ripe avocado, baby spinach, and fresh berries. You can substitute the spinach for kale or another green.
    2. Use both plain Greek yogurt and regular 1% plain yogurt. The reason being, the Greek yogurt will thicken up this smoothie bowl, but using just the Greek will make it too thick!
    3. Use just one teaspoon of the pandan leaf supercolor powder for all the great nutrients it provides. You can always substitute this with matcha powder.
    4. Blend it all together in either a food processor or high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
    5. Add your favorite toppings!

Ripe avocados, along with spinach and pandan leaf powder, gives this smoothie bowl its beautiful, natural green color. Eat your greens! 💚

    Tips and tricks

    • Gather very fresh ingredients for this smoothie bowl: ripe avocado, baby spinach, and fresh berries. Whether it’s spinach, kale, or microgreens, any kind of green will work!
    • Try and pack in as many greens as you can…no less than 1 cup!
    • Use both plain Greek yogurt and regular 1% plain yogurt. The reason being, the Greek yogurt will thicken up this smoothie bowl, but using just the Greek will make it too thick!

I love that this powder is made from pandan leaves. That's not a very common ingredient in the States, so I hope it takes off here.
